There are fraudulent companies that try and contact attendees by fax, email, or phone with offers of reduced rates below the event rate. The intent is to convince you that the offer is made on behalf of Region IV VPPPA, or that the soliciting company is a viable alternative to going to the hotel directly. This is FALSE and can leave you without a room, room at higher rate, and /or your valuable information, including your credit card information, in the hands of criminal activity.

Conference host hotel rooms are only available by: 1) Book Hotel Link Above; 2) Hotel Link within Confirmation email; 3) Calling hotel number (205-324-5000) and booking under Region IV VPPPA Group Rate. If you are contacted outside for rooming, report the activity using contact link under the Misc Tab and do not give them your information.
